Vores Forklæde Up Cooking Class har vundet popularitet gennem år i at give folk en intensiv og interessant lektion. Folk, der kommer til os, kan være eksperter, der ønsker at åbne vietnamesisk restaurant derhjemme eller en person, der aldrig laver mad før, men vil kunne spise lækker Viet mad, når de skal komme tilbage efter ferie. Vores skole lokaliserer ret i midten af det gamle kvarter så meget let at få adgang til og dermed efter markedsturen på det største marked i Hanoi, som ligger lige i nærheden af det gamle kvarter, kan du også vide, hvor du kan købe hvad i resten af din tur her. Inden for kun 3 - 4 timer lærer du om ingredienserne (krydderier og vietnamesisk producerer), få dine hænder til at lave mad til et af de mest populære og autentiske 5 retter i Hanoi (eller dets vegetariske version til vegetarske tjenere og nyde din frugt af arbejde og prøv vietnamesisk risvin sammen med dine klassekammerater, modtag en kogebog og certifikat!

Very lovely and exciting cooking workshop with Miss Hailey. She is so kind, funny, and very expert in Vietnamese cooking. We had a lot of fun and learn good how to make our delicious traditional meals. Thank you so much Hailey, 200% activity recommended!!!

Such an amazing experience! Our teacher today, Hailey, did such an amazing job, so pleasant and patient with us in teaching the food. When I ate the food we prepared, specially Pho, I couldn’t believe we made it in such a short time - it was soo good! Egg coffee making was a plus. Highly recommended to anyone passionate about food and coffee in Hanoi!

Vy was an awesome teacher, especially patient with the less talented cooks like me. The food was delicious and it was awesome to go and see the produce and then help prepare the meal and then the best part eating it ! Great way to end my trip to Vietnam 😊
An incredible experience with Lynn, with whom we were able to discover how the Vietnamese do their shopping. She was very available to answer our questions and made us feel at ease, especially with a very good level of English. We discovered step by step each dish that we tasted at the end. A little tip: do not eat breakfast because the meal is very hearty. We are leaving with plenty of memories and enough to recreate these dishes at home.😁 Thanks again Lynn!
