This Tour hits so many check marks - Local, Off the Beaten Path, Cooking Class, Dinner. It is a hidden gem of a tour. From getting to sample some fresh local produce to choosing your fruits and veggies for your dishes at the local market, to helping prepare your dishes and adding the spices, you immerse yourself in the local food culture. What also I think needs to be mentioned is the pleasant atmosphere of the afternoon, as you are invited into the hosts home, you’re sitting in their living room, eating the fruits you just bought, and over pleasant conversation about day-to-day life in Casablanca, you start to smell the dishes simmering and you can't wait to dig into them....and it's worth the wait. Everything is so flavourful and the meat was so tender... everyone left with happy stomachs at the end of this tour. This is a hidden gem of a tour that is worth every penny.
