Amazing Safari experience. The guide Rashid was amazing, he was very knowledgeable of the animals and respectful of them too. He drove us safely among lake manyara, Serengeti, ngorongoro and Tarangire and he was always clear con plans and timelines. We even saw the big 5 and much more. The cook Richard was also amazing and always prepared amazing deals. I would recommend this tour!M with this agency!

We booked a 5 day (4night) private mid range tour with Serengeti African Tours. From the first email to being dropped off back in Arusha after our safari we couldn't fault anything. Linah was excellent and arranged everything for us, including our airport transfers. Abu was our driver and had a brilliant knack on going the opposite direction to the other vehicles, but still finding animals. We loved that we could be quite and respectful. Linah and Abu went above and beyond to make sure our safari was memorable, often outside 'office' hours. Like when I inadvertently left my phone in the safari jeep and Abu returned to our lodge late in. the night to return it (after driving for 10 hours !!). we returned to Arusha on a Sunday evening and Linah met us at our hotel to make sure everything was OK. Attention to detail was excellent. Thank you for all the Serengeti Tours team for the professionalism and making our safari one we will never forget.

We have booked a 5-day safari (Northern Tanzania) directly with Serengeti African Tours online. This was ideal because the contact was via WhatsApp. Our guide was Enock. Enock is a super friendly guide who has a good sense of humor and knows a lot to tell about the animals and nature. He looked for the right spots to take beautiful photos of the animals. The parks were all worth seeing because each park has something special. The lodges where we slept were beautiful and luxurious. The food was a little less varied, but very tasty. In short, it was perfectly arranged and it is a wonderful experience! A real recommendation!

Our safari with Serengeti Africa Tours was truly one of the best experiences of our lives! From start to finish, everything was so well organised that we never had to worry about a thing. They took such great care of us and planned every detail perfectly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the experience. He was an incredible guide, did an excellent job on every game drive, and constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Rasheed Kihiyo was our guide and this was an experience of a lifetime! We saw the big 5 by day 4 and our driver was very knowledgeable about all of the animals we spotted. I would recommend this to my family and we definitely plan to come back!

We booked a 5 day Safari with 3 days in Zanzibar, and it was the most amazing trip ever! Glory coordinated everything and she was fantastic, easily adapting to every change we requested. She even met us at our hotel when we first arrived. We booked a mid-range safari, but the lodges were so much better than we anticipated. It was truly amazing. The meals were outstanding, even the picnic lunches that we brought with us while on safari. This was thanks to our fantastic cook, Pascal! The best part of the safari, though, was our incredible guide, Rashid. He was an expert driver and not only was he able to spot so many incredible animals, but he had a world of knowledge on every single animal we saw! Most of our tour saw the big 5 (sadly, we missed the leopard), but we saw so many lions, elephants, giraffes, and even cheetahs! It was the trip of a lifetime. I really appreciated how much knowledge Rashid had, and his willingness to share it with us. It made it so much more than just an opportunity for a beautiful picture. We will be back!

We had a great Safari. Our guide was Rashid. He spoke good English and you could tell he knew a lot about the animals and the surroundings. With all the animals we saw, he took the time to briefly explain something about it (e.g. how to tell if it is a male or female). All the stays were well arranged and looked great. We stayed one night at a campsite which, despite it being a bit cold at night, was a nice experience. Lunch is provided by a cook who prepares a fresh meal to take away every day. We have been to tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and lake Manyara. We liked Ngorongoro the most. It is definitely recommended to do the safari!

We have had the most amazing safari with Serengeti African Tours. This was a long saved for trip we are 3 generations and 13 of us in total. It took a great deal of planning and Inviolata helped with the full booking process and was on help on whats app for what seemed like any time of the day or night. When we arrived we had 2 jeeps and our guides were Abu & Mathayo - they were simply amazing, their knowledge was incredible and we saw everything - big 5 ✅️. This was a mid range safari but felt like luxury. The accommodation surpassed all expectation each one different from the next. The tented in Lodge in the Serengeti was the coolest and scariest place I will ever stay in my life. This company is a small, independent, Tanzanian run business so please seriously consider for your safari. We have had an unforgettable experience and memories to last a lifetime.
