Had an AMAZING trip with Victor and our driver Mr Zhao. Victor went above and beyond to find special places for me to fly my drone. He also spent time researching restaurants that fit my difficult stomach. Would highly recommend this trip for everyone and ask for Victor!

Our family trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Fenghuang Ancient Town was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of this unforgettable experience was thanks to Victor, our incredible guide. Traveling with a mixed group of adults with and without mobility issues can be challenging, but Victor went above and beyond to ensure everyone in our group felt comfortable, cared for, and included. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine consideration turned what could have been a daunting journey into a joyful adventure. From the very beginning, he tailored the itinerary to our needs, helping us actively avoid crowds while still experiencing the breathtaking beauty of Zhangjiajie's iconic landscapes. The towering pinnacles, misty mountains, and surreal views made famous by Avatar were even more awe-inspiring in person, and he knew the best vantage points and times to visit to maximize our experience. Highlights like Yuanjiajie, Tianzi Mountain and the Glass Bridge over the Grand Canyon were brought to life with his stories and insights. Victor didn’t just stop at making the logistics seamless—he truly elevated the trip. He shared fascinating anecdotes and local history with candor and warmth, making us feel like we were traveling with an old friend who just happened to know every hidden gem. His restaurant recommendations were spot-on; we enjoyed delicious meals that were perfect for our group. The seniors with mobility challenges could relax and savor every bite, thanks to his thoughtful planning. Ending the trip with a night and day in Fenghuang Ancient Town was the perfect touch. Wandering its charming streets and admiring the illuminated riverside architecture felt like stepping back in time. Our guide ensured that even here, we experienced the town’s highlights without any stress. If you're considering a trip to Zhangjiajie and Fenghuang, I can't recommend this experience enough. Victor’s care and expertise made the journey truly extraordinary—like traveling with a local friend who knows how to make every moment unforgettable. This was more than a vacation; it was a once-in-a-lifetime memory for our entire family!

Zhangjiajie was wonderful and a lot of that had to do with Victor. He adjusted the tour for our 2 young boys and they had a blast. The boys were super comfortable with him, often racing ahead to go hold hands with him. The accommodations were best at the Pullman in Wulingyuan and at the Sunshine in Zhiangjiajie itself. The Phoenix Grand in Fenghuang was dark and dated but admittedly the only 4 star hotel on the trip, and probably one of the fewer high end options in that city. The lunch and dinner recommendations throughout the trip were great. The van driver was very reliable and a safe driver. Our pick ups and drop-off were very late in the day and that wasn't a problem. What a great time!
