Our safari with Travel Wise Safari in Tanzania was genuinely a dream come true and an experience that our family will never forget. From the very first conversation to the final day of the safari, the entire team delivered a level of service that went far beyond anything we had imagined. Good Luck (our guide) was absolutely brilliant from the beginning. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and carefully adapted the entire safari around our budget, flights, accommodation requirements and family circumstances. His communication was excellent throughout the planning process. He was always responsive, clear, patient and reassuring, which meant we never had to worry about any of the arrangements. Everything was organised perfectly, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. We genuinely felt like passengers in the best possible way, everything was taken care of, and the entire trip was completely hassle-free. What Good Luck discussed and promised during the planning stage was exactly what we experienced during the safari. There were no unpleasant surprises, hidden issues or disappointments. Our drivers, Nazaro and Samuel, were both exceptional. Their knowledge, professionalism, kindness and ability to locate and show us the animals were incredible. They were extremely patient throughout the safari, particularly as we were travelling with a toddler. They always made sure that we were comfortable, never rushed us and were willing to stop, wait or adjust the schedule whenever necessary. Their willingness to help, support and accommodate our family went far beyond our expectations. Travelling on safari with a young child could easily have been stressful, but Nazaro and Samuel made the entire experience comfortable, enjoyable and memorable for all of us. They were not simply drivers, they became an important part of our experience. The food and accommodation were also spot on. Everything had been carefully selected and arranged, and we were extremely happy with the quality, comfort and hospitality we received throughout the trip. The safari itself was breathtaking. Seeing the animals in their natural environment was an unforgettable experience, and the landscapes and views were simply spectacular. Experiencing the Serengeti in person is difficult to describe, it is something that must be seen and felt to be fully appreciated. Every day brought a new memory, a new view and another incredible encounter with Tanzania’s wildlife. We booked with Hope Moses/Travel Wise directly through Whatsapp. The whole process was seamless - Hope always answered our questions promptly and had everything arranged to give us a great experience when we arrived. Our guide, Samuel, was a wonder of knowledge about the animals of the Serengeti and Tanzania and always managed to get us the best viewing spots for seeing the Big 5 and also the Wildebeest migration. The lodges offered a variety of experiences - my favorite was the Tukaone Weaver's Camp for the authenticity of staying in the wild.. but still having great food, friendly people, running water in our tent... We strongly recommend booking with this company! 3 things we did not realize before we went: 1) The elevations will be similar to Denver in the US so expect some shortness of breath. 2) The road dust from the safari vehicles will be horrendous - take masks to protect your lungs. 3) The roads are gravel washboard and potholes so expect a lot of "african massages" But it is all worth it! Africa is amazing. Have fun!

We were seduced by this agency from the beginning for its professionalism. A detailed brochure with an impeccable presentation. Donald took care of our reservation. Valuable tips for choosing parks: 2-day safari as a couple, with Tarangire on the first day then Ngorongoro. On the lookout during these two days, our Innocent guide allowed us to observe the Big Five, including a leopard in Tarangire. A rare experience! A big thank you to the whole team of the agency.

Super cool had a lot of fun

Great safari, our guide was really great. He brought us to great places, brought us to see the most beautiful animals in Africa and his explanations were super interesting. I highly recommend it, to do as a couple or with friends!

We wanted to go on a safari during our trip to Zanzibar. After a lot of research we came across Travel wise Safari, the first contacts with good Luck are clear with a lot of explanations about all our questions and doubts during the preparation. Good Luck was very responsive and available in his answers. We chose a 3-day formula with Tarangire, ngorongoro and lake manyara. This is the long awaited day that has arrived! We were picked up at our hotel in Zanzibar towards Arusha where we met good Luck and our French speaking guide Alex! From that moment everything went better than anything we had imagined. Alex , who speaks very good French, is a great person who did everything to make our safari go perfectly with his experience he gave us a lot of information and advice. We stayed for two nights in a beautiful hotel. We saw beautiful landscapes and majestic animals. I really recommend Travel wise , serious always concerned to best meet our expectations.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our 3 day safari in Tanzania! The agency was on top from start to finish, everything was perfectly organized.
