The trip got cancelled 1 hour before departure which was planned at 5 am. This meant not only my night was ruined because I got up at 4 am to be in time, but I also had no chance to book something else, which also means my Sunday morning was ruined. Both Splash and Viator are to blame for this FU.
There were five men in a boat and they didn't catch a single fish or even a single fish biting the bait

There was nothing memorable here. This was supposed to be a highlight as me and my husband love to fish. The guides gave no instructions. They barely spoke to us the entire time. The rods were old and not in good working condition. We caught a couple of 4” fish.
Sorry to hear about your experiences, but fishing depends on many factors not under our hand: wind, weather. Sometimes we have a dozen fishes, sometimes several. It is a matter of luck as well. Our team providing full support and making up everything for you, you can just chill with rods, we are a bit confused.
Captain advised that the weather was bad and it was not possible to do fishing! However, the company did not cancel the tour and we went for fishing with my family, but could not go deeper since the waves reached 6 meters! It became risky for our life! Two people in the boat from another group (we were 2 groups 8 people in a small boat!) threw up! We were anxious about their health! The company did not apologise for their mistake!
On 24 December 2021 (6am-10am, The weather was horrible and risky for all of us, but the company did not postpone the tour. Captain told us tthat it is risky to go deep into the sea. In the boat, people became seasick and threw up. We did not catch any fish. Company did not even apologise!
This was the worst experience I have ever had! Although the weather was horrible and the captain advised that the waves were too big to go deep in the sea for fishing, the company did not postpone it or cancel the tour! It was extremely risky for all of us! Because of waves, we merely reached the Palm. We were 8 people in the boat, three of them continuously threw up, they became sick and laid down on the ground! We did not catch even one fish! I called the company and complained and requested to talk to manager! They did not even call me back! It cannot be worst than this! Please do not ever choose this company! They literally risk our life and the captains life, by not postponing it, just to gain more money!!!
Today I would join this tour. I had gone to the location where the boat was going to leave. No boat to be found. Called with splash tours and then the boat appeared to leave 3 kilometers further. Once there again no boat to explore. Called again with splash tour and then the boat appeared to be 3 kilometers away. I ended up going back to my hotel because it was long after departure time. Splash tour has sent word that they had problems arranging a boat and that I will get a refund. However, they refuse to refund the taxi costs incurred and do not realize that it has been one big annoyance for me as a customer. Very, very bad!

My family and I had a wonderful trip with splash, It was a shared trip , overall we were a group of 9 . We did catch some fish and when it was quiet the boys moved the boat to another location to try there . Water and cold drinks were offered several times and were much appreciated in the Dubai sunshine. We were well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you boys and the splash team
Very good excursion were only two on the boat and have caught in 2 h 15 perch and a hamour. Excursion highly recommended 😊👍
