I had a good experience during my stay. The hotel manager, especially in the morning, was very cooperative, friendly, and welcoming. The staff was also supportive and professional. The way the manager spoke to guests and arranged the accommodation made a positive impression. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was average, but overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

everybody tried to make our stay amazing: in case of need, just a call at the reception, and in a minute we got what we needed! The concierges were so kind with us, trying to say some words in french, giving us informations about Hong Kong, restaurants, taxis! Breakfast is fresh with a great choice of food. we would just like to thank all the staff for his kindness! We already had 2 stays in the royal garden TKO and surely , we shall come back! My wife and I want to extend our sincere appreciation for the hospitality shown to us this week during our stay at Margaritaville Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. Except for a few raindrops Mother Nature made us dodge, the entire team exceeded every expectation we had. The accommodations were perfect, the restaurants were unique with delicious food, the pool area and beach incredible, the lobby and shopping area comfortable and enticing and most importantly, the staff, from start to finish, were always helpful, polite and enjoyable. It is clear you have assembled an outstanding staff and when coupled with the fabulous surroundings we have seen nothing but smiles this week, including ours. Thank you for enabling a couple of northerners to have a relaxing week. We have made lasting deposits in our memory banks.

There's nothing bad I can say About this hotel Voramare in the old town of Benidorm.this hotel .is an amazing hotel to come to . Amazing staff and management .we will Definitely be back to this great hotel .and Manu keep up the great work that you do 👍

We had a leak in our disabled room.It took them 24hrs to get us another room.The leak was coming through from the room above.We could not use the bathroom at all.I had to go up to the floor above to my sister in law to use the bathroom.Not easy when you are in a wheelchair.We have rung sent letter by post and emailed.Its been a nightmare getting hold of anyone to complain.Then the room we were given after my husband turned down a bath with shower over it as I can only use a walk in shower.The carpet was disgusting filthy stains on it.My husband noticed that if it was your first visit to a Warner hotel and we’re not happy with your stay you can get all your money back.It was our 6th stay in 18months.They have offered us £100 voucher.That does not cover us for one nights stay.We are so so disappointed with the after care service.Aparently £100 is the limit unless we take it further.As you can imagine we are so fed up with all the hassle.They say the case is closed and they have emailed the voucher.Well that was supposed to have been sent 2 weeks ago and since then we have rung and they said it will be sent but still nothing it’s so so poor from Warner Hotels iam am really disgusted with the response from them.I have sent everything they asked for booking ref, name ,address, phone number,email.They have even sent an email saying they cannot contact me🤣😂 Malcolm Bennetts

A clean and welcoming hotel. Our room was well-appointed and my partner really appreciated having a lovely hot bath. The bed was excellent, very comfortable. Our hostess, Noorani, took trouble to give us a satisfying breakfast. She puts her heart into her business.

I had a wonderful experience at Quillon Beach Hotel, one of the best hotels in Kollam. The ambience is great, and its location near the beach makes it even more special. The bar is a highlight — especially the service by Mr. Ajay, the captain of the bar. He is friendly, professional, and makes excellent cocktails. His warm behaviour made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kollam!

For medical reasons I booked 2 rooms at the Day's Inn in Hotel Circle, San Diego, CA. The staff couldn't have been nicer if they took "nice pills". I was treated extremely professional, working together to solve a payment issue with my co-called bank. It was a frustrating issue with my bank but I can't say enough about how well I was treated. They get 10 gold stars from me.

At the checkin counter, the lady told us that they will charge 150 and it will be reimbursed later, thats all. nothing else... no courtesy no smile!! we stayed 2 nights, beds were not made, coffee pods etc., and towels were not replaced; trash was not picked up. when asked, they told me that I should ask for these to happen??(I was not told of this) really? the whole experience was awful
