They planned everything for us from day 1 until the end. Our local guide/driver YASIR was a passionate, knowledgeable, and super reliable guide who completely elevated our safari experience. Not only does he know everything about the animals (seriously, it felt like having a walking encyclopedia with us!), but he was also punctual, professional, and just a genuinely great guy. We even received a safari hat, as a gift and memory, which was a nice touch! If you are planning a great safari experience, BigMac Safari is the one for you!

Truly Amazing. We had John as our driver. He has been doing this for 9 years so we saw everything including close ups of Cheetahs, Lions and a Black Rhino. Of course we saw everything else Giraffes, Zebras, elephants, water buffalo etc. Big Mac Safaris thinks of everything. There are some long distances between camps so they have arranged prepaid lunches along the road. We didn’t have to think of anything. He went out of his way to make it a good experience. He had great insight into the local cultures. The price they charge is well worth it. Really the only thing you need to pay for is drinks and gratuities. I would use this company if you have a choice. Ask for John.

We had such an amazing 4 day safari, thanks to Magdalene who helped me organize the package I wanted(Amboseli-Naivasha-Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara).She was so quick in responding to my messages since day one.Our guide and driver,Joseph, also did his best for us to see the so called Big Five.This trip was surely an unforgettable one!

Myself and my partner had an amazing trip being driven by Joseph. Joseph was a great driver, and in the Mara he got us to a number of fresh lion kills, a leopard, cheetah and many others. The camp in the Mara was amazing with fantastic food, likewise in Nakuru. We also had an amazing time in Lake Nakuru, seeing both species of rhino and a very close encounter with a male leopard. Great trip.

The whole tour was amazing. Despite all the setbacks we experienced in the beginning that were unrelated to them, they did their best to give us a perfect experience. All the employees were incredibly understanding and made appropriate adjustments to the new conditions. Partner hotels were both comfortable and traditional, maximizing cultural experiences. We were pleased with all the choices made for the tour program. Our driver, Ben, accompanied and guided us very well throughout the tour. He did his best to help us see rare animals. The entire safari experience was above our expectations and we recommend those who are considering choosing this tour to apply without hesitation. Trust us, it will be worth it.

I went on a solo 4-day safari with Bigmac Safaris, and it has honestly been one of the best experiences of my life! From the beginning, Magdalene was easy to contact and provided all the information I needed concerning the trip, as well as making sure that my needs were met. Jimmy was the most fantastic guide, full of knowledge and with a wonderful personality. On my final day, they were able to accommodate my request to visit Lake Nakuru without any issues, which I greatly appreciate. I was on the Maasai Mara for my birthday, and Bigmac also arranged for the lodge to provide a special surprise and cake during dinner. I honestly could not ask for more and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I searched through the internet for a reputable company to book our family safari with. I landed on Bigmac Safaris and after interacting with Magdalene I felt safe. The safari was fantastic, our guide James was the best, he sawed us the big5 and many other animals. He explained alöt about animals. Also the 4x4 Jeep is the best, it was quite comfortable.
