The rooms were taken from us at 7 a.m. despite having food on the boat. We asked for a room to shower and we weren't granted it. Everything was fine so far, a pity. We're all in the group of nearly 30 people lying in the front desk.
Wow. The service and attentiveness of the staff is unparalleled. They are at your service 24/7. I had a massage on board and it was the best l've ever had. The food was better than any cruise l have been on. I would cruise again and again. This Nile cruise is the way to go! Shout out to Hamdi our cruise director and Emad for table service!
The boat is excellent in terms of facilities, cleanliness and the treatment of the staff, who are very professional and friendly. Highlight the variety and quality of the meals. We were pleasantly surprised by the organization and attention we received.
We did a girls trip and the Nile Cruise was the perfect fit. Having selected the Sonesta Moon Goddess we were excited. When we got to Aswan from the minute we boarded the cruise the staff made it feel like home. The food, the service, the entertainment was fantastic. The cruise manager Mr. Atif was so accommodating and met every request of ours. We had the best time only because the staff on the cruise made it very special for us. Highly recommend it.
Our experience on the Sonesta Goddess was unforgettable, thanks to the incredible staff! Our waiter, Emad, was so attentive and made sure all our needs were met during every meal. He truly went above and beyond. The highlight of our trip was our tour leader, Sam. His knowledge of Egypt's history and ancient mythology was astounding—it felt like we had a history professor guiding us through each site! Sam was also incredibly patient, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was so thoughtful and kind. They decorated our room for our wedding anniversary, going above and beyond to make our celebration special. The only recommendation I have for management is to improve the quality of the buffet food. While the staff was great, the food itself was a bit lacking—I'd give it a B-minus at best. Otherwise, the trip was fantastic, and we’d love to come back!
