Gør dig klar til at omfavne det argentinske køkken i en varm, venlig atmosfære - hvor hver omrøring, hakning og simning tilføjer til en uforglemmelig aften fyldt med forbindelser, du ikke vil finde i nogen restaurant i Mendoza. Her vil du lære at lave 7 madopskrifter, der er centreret omkring Argentiens smagsoplevelser, samtidig med at du nyder den bedste vin. Vi mødes op i min lejlighed, nibble på lokale snacks og smage på Vermuth cocktails, og komme til madlavning! Klassen vil løbe i omkring 3 timer og består af madlavning, socialisering, spise, og ærligt talt nok nogle udgydninger og griner! Vi vil lave mad og spise 7 ting, der består af 2 forfriskninger, 1 hoved, 1 side, 1 dessert og all-you-care at drikke vin fra et nærliggende vingård, hvor jeg arbejder som sommelier (vi har også alkoholfri drikkevarer, hvis det er nødvendigt). Når klassen er slut, kan du alle forgrene ind i resten af din utrolige aften i Mendoza med fuld mave og muligvis nogle nye venner at udforske med!

We had a great time cooking with David and Rosi! We enjoyed two favorite local cocktails and a wonderful Malbec while we made three different kinds of empanadas with multiple folding techniques. The beef empanadas were really flavorful, and we loved the empanada caprese “baskets“. The provoleto was a nice addition. The wine and herb marinated steak was really tender, and we put together an amazing chimichurri sauce.! All the dishes were a hit with my family! All of this we did with full active participation in a really warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening and we would definitely cook with them again! You won’t be disappointed.

It felt incredibly authentic, like being invited into a friend’s kitchen rather than a tourist attraction. We had the best time learning to cook and the food was delicious, and David spoke perfect English, which made learning the techniques much easier.
