Total disaster
A total disaster … don't go, no way.. if you speak French you will at least be able to complain because they don't speak anything else. Our motorcycle was broken and they didn't care. Nobody paid any attention to us, nor did they want to.

In order to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review, we would like to provide a few important details. 🙂 First of all, our entire team speaks English fluently, especially the staff members responsible for giving instructions before and during the activity. Before your departure, we explained the permitted riding area to you twice on the beach and once again at sea. We also clearly explained that if the jet ski goes outside this designated area, a safety system automatically limits its acceleration. Despite these repeated explanations, you continued to leave the permitted area several times. As a result, the jet ski automatically slowed down, exactly as it is designed to do. There was no mechanical problem with the jet ski. When you returned, despite your dissatisfaction, we took the time to show you the recorded route of your jet ski and explain exactly where you had left the permitted area and why the jet ski had slowed down. Unfortunately, you were unwilling to listen to our explanation. We welcome and rent jet skis to a large number of customers of many different nationalities, and our activities take place every day without any issues when the navigation and safety instructions are followed. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we felt it was important to clarify the facts so that anyone reading this review can understand what actually happened.

Lovely friendly staff. Well organised. Great fun. We booked both the jet ski and enjoyed it so much we immediately booked the parasailing immediately afterwards. Both great experiences and good value for the Riviera. Beautiful location. Great experience heightened by such lovely staff.

Initiation jet ski
Visiting Cannes we stopped on Mandelieu to make a jet ski initiation in duo. We were very well received and the explanation of the rules was very clear. Thank you and the dog PS= is very nice;)

We had an absolutely amazing time as a couple! From our arrival, the welcome was warm and professional. The whole team was able to create a friendly, relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. The activity itself was perfectly organized, with attention to detail that makes all the difference. We felt comfortable, safe and above all... amazed!
