The experience doesn't even contain half of what has been advertised. The horses are not trained for tourists. It is straight up dangerous. The guides even had a hard time controlling the horses themselves. My wife even fell from her horse and injured herself. Neither did we drink tea with bedouins or visit any of the old villages that are mentioned in the ad. 0 out of ten. Would definitely not recommend this tour. Don't waste your money.
Dear Ahmedqani, Greetings from JIT. We are disappointed to read that you and your wife did not enjoy our horse-riding tour. All past reviews for this activity are all 5*. We had also setup a group in WhatsApp and kept in close communication with you the day of the tour so we are a bit surprised that nothing was said at that time. We presume since you requested a full refund and it was denied, this is why the poor review. But, we would like to address your comments. Before the tour, we contacted you asking about your riding experience. You replied that you are both between beginner and intermediate and are comfortable and familiar with horses. Even so, besides our horse-riding guide, we also arranged for 2 additional assistant guides to ride along with you – at no extra charge. Nevertheless, it’s unfortunate that you wife fell off her horse. Our horses are well trained and nothing like this has ever happened. Even though you were over 30 minutes late to the agreed time to start the tour and changed the pick-up location last minute, we quickly notified our driver to accommodate you. We are sorry that you felt mis-lead but because of losing this time and the time constraint due to the sunset (for safety reasons, we don't ride after sunset), we were not able to ride to all the sites listed in the program. Plus, to give you more riding time, instead of tea over the fire, in its place we offered juice, water, and Arabic sweets. Nevertheless, even though the late start was out of our hands, if you plan another trip to Jordan in the future, please contact us to make things right in your eyes. Sincerely, JIT TEAM
If you are going to Jordan, you absolutely need to do this tour with Sami! I just can’t recommend this highly enough, it changed my life. The wadi rum experience was amazing and Petra is a truly magical place, but what made the whole trip so incredible was our guide Sami. He is a living legend in Jordan and the most amazing person I have ever met. Every single person in Petra knows him, he knows more history than anyone in the area, and he is the nicest person in the world. To this day I have been in touch with Sami and I am honored to consider him a good friend. The company and logistics were equally top notch, everything was easy and fun. I cried when I left because leaving such a special place and special person was so difficult, but I was so grateful and full of love that I know I will return. I’ve been fortunate to travel all over the world, and this was the best trip I’ve ever been on. Sami my friend, I will see you again, lots of love to you and your people!

It was amazing trip to Jordan. We were in Main Hot Springs, Petra, Amman. All this time with us were driver, guide from Jordan Inspiration Tours, this is a great people. Smiling, kind and open. Thanks a lot agent Mohammad for all this program. I hope we’ll come back to this great country.
