Expectations were beyond exceeded during our trip. My wife and I came to fulfill our dreams of venturing off on a safari for our honeymoon. We had an absolute blast during our time. We were able to experience amazing sights of all kinds of wildlife! Overall Axis is a great company that kept in great contact and gave us amazing service. Kelvin was exceptional during tour, very knowledgeable about the animals when asked questions and answered with delightful responses. At the next chance of being able to do another safari I would 100% choose Axis again.
The tour with Axis is definitely worth it. Kelvin is a great driver and we were lucky enough to see the big 5 and a lots of other beautiful animals. My highlight was seeing the lion cubs and the leopard with it’s prey in a tree. Kelvin could answer all the questions I had and has taught me a lot about the animals which made the experience even better.
The trip was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Kevin, we saw all the animals and received expert information. I highly recommend this excursion to everyone. Thank you!

We just finished an amazing 3-day safari in the Masai Mara with Axis Africa Safaris, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our guide, Tom, who did a fantastic job throughout the safari. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the Masai Mara incredibly well. Thanks to his experience and effort, we managed to see far more wildlife than we ever imagined we would in just three days. Every game drive brought something new, and Tom always seemed to know where to go and how to give us the best possible experience without making anything feel rushed. Having a great guide makes such a huge difference on a safari, and we were very happy to have him with us. The Masai Mara itself was unforgettable, and this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Kenya. Thank you to Axis Africa Safaris and especially to Tom for three incredible days. We would happily recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya!
What an amazing experience! First of all thanks to Peter from Axis Safari for being so patient while we were discussing the itinerary. He didn’t impose anything forcefully and gave suggestions where asked for feedback. There was absolutely no issue with any of the bookings or payments. All hotels were prepared for our arrival. Simba Lodge Lake Navishah and Mara Maisha were absolutely beautiful! Set in beautiful scenery & such comfortable rooms ❤️ Our guide was Richard. It was an absolute pleasure to have him with us for 5 days. He is from Masai Mara area so very much aware of everything. Being a young guide, his knowledge of the area and animals was quite astonishing. He was friendly, kind, and engaged so well with our kids and answered all their questions. He made sure we had the best spot to take pictures without distressing the animals. Kids have given him 100/10. Thanks to Axis, Peter & Richard for making our holiday so memorable ❤️

Ken has been the best guide we could have asked for! He is extremely knowledgeable and has been guiding Masai Mara tours for many years. He knows where to find the animals and got us up close to many lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, etc. He was so kind and answered so many questions for us. Prior to arriving in Kenya, Tabitha was very responsive via email and answered all my questions about the various accommodations and tour options, etc. This has been an incredible experience and I would recommend Ken and Axis to anyone looking to explore the wildlife of the Masai Mara.
Words cannot express how fabulous our experience to the Masai mara was! We felt incredibly lucky to have Ken as our tour guide with his vast knowledge (34 years!!) And fun laid back attitude. He knew that lions were near because of how two hyenas were acting!!! We would highly recommend Axis Africa you will be in excellent safe hands.
