The three-day trip to Zhangjiajie was fantastic. We visited the Glass Bridge in the Grand Canyon, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. The weather was bright and sunny for most of the trip. Though it rained on the day we toured Tianmen Mountain, we were lucky enough to enjoy amazing sea of clouds surrounded by mist. Our tour guide Jenny arranged the itinerary perfectly and helped us avoid crowds so we didn’t have to wait in long queues. She took great care of us throughout the whole journey, making our trip relaxing and enjoyable. One small note is we would have appreciated learning more history in each of the sites we visited. I would recommend the tour to make better use of time and to ensure you cover trip highlights!

I am retired and travel the world independently. I typically book all my own tickets and plan my own travel to the areas I want to see. My 60 day trip through China was no different. However, when I looked at Zhangjiajie, the sprawling area with numerous places was a bit daunting, so I opted to book a guided 3 day tour. I’m glad I did. Our tour guide, Amy, effortlessly took us through all the places I knew I wanted to go, and added many more stops that enhanced my visit. Amy is a local, born and raised in Zhangjiajie. She is energetic, knowledgeable and fluent in English. She has a great personality and sense of humor, but more importantly, the leadership and organizational skills needed to get things moving. I never waited in line for tickets and she told me what I needed to enter the gate (passport, ticket or just my face). She was always waiting on the other side with her driver nearby. Zhangjiajie is an absolutely wonderful place. I’m thankful I had the chance to experience it completely with Amy’s help.

Cara was an amazing guide. We were so fortunate to be able to spend three days with her. Her English was clear and easy to understand. She reached out to us ahead of the trip to answer any questions and to make arrangements for our travels. As a local, she has so much invaluable information about the parks, the province, and life in China. It was so insightful and interesting to have additional of context. We had so much fun on the trip. We had rain 2 out of 3 of the days but Cara was able to provide suggestions on how best to navigate the park. The agency had reserved VIP passes for some of the sections that had longer wait times. Cara helped us determine if it was worth using or whether we should save our money. In our off time, she gave us suggestions on places to eat, things to do, and made any additional arrangements required for our trip. It was an excellent experience. Thank you again, Cara!!!

Our tour guide Vicky and her supporting team of drivers were excellent to giving a knowledgeable and smooth experience - from meeting us at the hotel and making solid recommendations as which sequence of activities to start. We did not have to think about anything but to enjoy it the 3 full days. Her team also dropped us off at the airport and managed the luggage movement between the 2 towns in ZJJ. On top of that, her suggestions for lunch restaurants were top notched, and as well as our last minute idea to see a famous performance show - her team was able to get tickets reserved for us. She was bilingual in English and Chinese of course, so our interaction was easy either methods.

Overall it was an amazing experience! Hanna was very knowledgable, friendly, accomodating, and excellent at guiding us. The tour itself was flexible also to cater for two children and a senior. Highly recommend! Expect big crowds, even in the low season.

Zhangjiajie is the second destination on our trip to China, after Xi’an and before Shanghai, and it’s the one we had the highest expectations for, which also made us quite demanding. Now that we’re at the airport on our way to Shanghai, I can say that we’re leaving very happy, convinced that coming here was the right decision, and absolutely certain that we chose the right agency. Throughout the booking process, Andy made everything incredibly easy for us. Once we arrived, our guide Candy was like having a very professional mother looking after us, she truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Coming here was definitely the right choice, and doing it with them is something I would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the experience without having to worry about anything else. One piece of advice: carefully choose the time of year, as weather conditions like clouds and rain can make a big difference. We were very lucky, but I’ve seen reviews from people who weren’t.

Doris is a really fun guide who tells us a lot about Zhangjiajie and China in general. She’s punctual, flexible, and gives us great recommendations.

This trip was my dream come true! Our guide Vicky Liu was amazing. Her extensive knowledge, articulate and clear communication skills, pleasant, warm and approachable manner. Highly recommend Vicky to anyone visiting Zhangjiaje— especially first-timers!
