We spent 3 days very special in family thzt we won't forget. Our guide, Hanh, was very interesting and all his crew of easy driver drove us very safely. they all took care of us so kindely. My mom, nearly 80 years old loved this experience and my children too ( 11 years old and 8 years old). The scenery are incredible and Hanh took the time for a stop over if we wanted. Also a special thanks to him who helping us for our next step with the bus which was not so easy. And many thanks to the agency who was very responsive, offer us a tour just for our family and take the time to answer to all my question about the tour. Serious agency and a really nice guide, thank you so much !

Fabulous 3-day trip in Dong Van Geopark—very well organized from start to finish. The driver, Minh, was extremely attentive to my requests. I especially appreciated that he took some quieter side roads, away from the more crowded areas, which made the experience feel much more authentic. His English was excellent, and we had many interesting conversations over the three days—I learned so much about the Vietnamese way of life. He truly deserves a medal for his professionalism and friendliness! The accommodations were also great, with beautiful views at both locations. Overall, this is a serious and reliable organization: well organized, flexible, and with excellent communication. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Three fantastic days of traveling through the rugged mountains of northern Vietnam from Ha Giang with a formidable team including my driver and guide, Mr. Hanh, of communicative spirit and quality, as well as the two riders of the motorcycles of two friendly Quebecers who opted for an easyrider motorcycle course. Everything was perfect from the route offered, to the guide and drivers, to the quality of the hotels for my three nights and each time also an excellent and diverse food served in profusion. Not to mention Alex at the helm of the organization whose speed of answers to the questions asked and the precision of their content already make the agency present its seriousness. I was also very impressed by the trust shown by Ha Giang Vision Travel in asking for payment for all its services during these three magical days only at their end (except for a small initial provision of US$50). Congratulations and a thousand thanks to all of you for these three unforgettable days!

When I started seeking a tour for the ha giang loop I went to reddit. To my surprise the vision tour operator provided me with a TON of answers to my questions without soliciting me. After more research I found them to have a great offer and amazing communication. Leading into the trip, the operator continued to answer all my questions clearly. They also offer a self riding options which many companies don’t offer. This is a smaller company and this is a GOOD thing, they do groups of 6-10 but due to the season and a couple people from my tour being hungover on departure day, it ended up just being myself and 1 other traveller with our guide. What they organized: - bus to ha giang - My night stay before the tour started - a place to store most of my belongings for the 3 days - My tour guide, Thien, who was probably the best guide I’ve ever had - All my meals, snacks, and water - My home stays during the trip - My motorcycle, elbow pads, knee pads, and a special requested full face helmet - Waterproof coverage if I didn’t have it - My penalty to the police (lack of proper drivers license in Vietnam - not included) - A bamboo raft cave excursion - A water fall trip where you can swim and jump in - A stop in at a Hmong Sunday market - A stop in at a hemp fabricator - My bus out of ha giang to sapa If you want an off the beaten path experience this is the tour for you. We went places the other larger tours did not go! I got to see small villages, peaks and try back roads foreigners never see. I didn’t even list all the little things in between. We made many little stops to see culture and nature. Despite the weather being cold and sometimes a little wet (end of January) this was the perfect time to go. I cannot speak highly enough of the tour operator and my tour guide. If you’re thinking you want to try a motorcycle tour and have never done one (or have no riding experience) definitely book the easy rider. If you have a decent amount of riding experience or have dirt biking experience you can do the self riding. This is a technical ride, so you definitely need good experience if you are self riding. Keep in mind most international drivers licenses are NOT valid in Vietnam and will incur an additional fee to the authorities that is not included - BUT it’s totally worth it. Book this tour + ask for Thein = have the best time.

It was great! Our tourguide Kai is a very nice guy and he could spreak good English. Also our group was very nice. The Ha Giang loop is one of the most beautiful things we have ever seen.

Wonderful trip of 3 days in Ha Giang. All was very well organized. The staff was very professionnalisme et did the best for your satisfaction. Special thanks to our driver who drived really safety and people who helped us by communicating on WhatsApp. All was very simple and clear with them. Thank you again for all 🙏🏼.

We had the most fantastic experience with Vision Travel from start to finish! When organising it before we arrived in Vietnam, they were really speedy and helpful with emails and the payment process was very easy. What really made the experience so incredibly though were our guides / drivers. We were really lucky to have Hanh and Ghuan, both very experienced drivers and Hanh was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, history and culture. He also spoke great English and helped us learn some new phrases in Vietnamese too. I was really not looking forward to being on a motorbike for three days but the drivers were amazing, they were cautions when needed to be but also lots of fun and accommodating IG we want to stop for photos or try something different! My husband and I were blown away by the whole experience and would highly recommend Vision Travel. I’m sure the other drivers are equally as professional and friendly!

We had a private tour. The Amazing result of our tour was thanks our fantastic guide Mr. Hanh that took care about us and made the travel unforgettable. Homestay booked was fine. Only negative note was the poor condition of the motorcycle, rear brake was changed after 100 km because problem with braking, the odometer was broken and even the petrol cap was rusted and hard to open. The only good thing about the motorbike was the good quality tyres. I suggest checking the quality of the motorbike before booking. In addition we paid the full price of the tour even though we did not use the VIP bus from Hanoi to HaGiang and back that was included in the price.

My husband and l cannot recommend enough. From start to finish we were looked after online by Alex. Our guide Tin Tin arrived promptly with our driver An An on Day 1. Nigel and l found the entire experience so interesting and immersive. I am not a good passenger in a car but An A made the journey so smooth l could not fault his driving in any way. Both men shared so much interesting information about the history and every day life of the mountain groups of the mountains, Nigel and l were hooked! Tin Tin was fantastic at planning ahead; he knew exactly when to arrive at a spot to avoid ‘the crowds’ and alternative options if the road was being worked on. Thank you for truly an experience of a life time. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended tour provider for the Ha Giang loop. Communication was flawless and timely, travel plan was fully customizable, suggested accomodation was very clean and comfortable. We opted for the option by car, which was very conveniant, driver and guide were locals with good insights into the life of the people, very friendly and we always felt safe on the road. Overall, the scenery was breathtaking and we could just relax and enjoy the ride. Would always book it again.
