Absolutely fantastic 3 days on a wonderfully organized trip. Everything ran smoothly and on time. The vehicle was great, clean and comfortable with good air con and plenty of drinking water provided. All the accommodation was lovely, very clean and well managed with excellent food and service. We were so lucky to have Isaac for our guide on this trip and can't thank him enough for everything he did to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble for him from getting us through customs, stopping for photos, explaining what we were seeing along the way, answering our many questions with obvious knowledge and passion for his country and even fitting our gaitors! The gorilla experience itself was magic ... the hour goes past very quickly once you locate your family! We really enjoyed Uganda but absolutely loved Rwanda and would like to return to see more. We'll be using Dav Safaris again and asking for Isaac to be our guide!

We had a wonderful time visiting Kibale, Bwindi and Lake Bunyonyi. It was primate galore! Our driver Addison was always punctual and his jovial nature helps to take the edge off the long hours on the road. We had a great time chatting and I would totally recommend anyone planning on a similar tour! The accommodation arranged turned out to be much better than I had expected especially at Bwindi ! It was later when I found that the Dav Safaris operate across 10 African nations. So if you want a single operator to organise things for you across the nations, it is possible. If there is one thing to improve, it would be the communication from the operator e.g information about the pick up time can be proactively sent earlier. I was only told of the pick up time after I sent the enquiry on the evening I arrived and that is for the tour the next day. I was a little concerned whether I will get a response in time so that I can inform the hotel of the breakfast timing. Thankfully the response came in despite being in the evening. It wasn’t a big issue for us. But I can imagine others being more paranoid!

Massive shoutout to Ibrahim who's communication style kept us completely at ease, regular updates/check ins and made the process so easy and simple. Also to note our guide/driver Benjamin had a beautiful presence, a friendly smile and a wealth of knowledge about Uganda. He made the trip unforgettable! We will be sharing Dav's Safari with all our friends and family and wish they have the same experience we had.

I have traveled a lot in my life, but I have never taken such a well-organized trip. A 9-day tour where we saw all possible animals. I fulfilled my dream of seeing gorillas as well. Wonderful accommodations, abundant food, and days full of activities. Every day was a different discovery. But what I appreciated most was the guide, Benjamin, the best in the world. He was a travel companion, an adventurer, he was my brother and friend. I thank him for putting up with me and fulfilling all my wishes, including visiting the children in the villages.

We had a wonderful experience with Dav Safaris and especially our guide Job Francis. All accomodations/tours were arranged very well and we got what we paid for. Job was always in for a smile and we could feel that he was as passionate about the wildlife as we were, which makes the experience great! He liked going on his little side quests like seeing coffee/tea plantations.

From the beginning, Ibrahim from Dav Safaris was incredibly communicative and helpful answering my questions about my tour and making sure I chose the right itinerary for me for gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Booking the tour was seamless and Ibrahim put me in touch with my guide Isaac, a couple days before my tour was scheduled to start. Isaac was the best guide and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He was professional, communicative, friendly, and fun and I felt very well taken care of especially as a solo female traveler. My trip went flawlessly huge thanks to him and I will definitely ask for Isaac as my guide again if/when I come back! Thank you again for everything Isaac!
