He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything really well. He made a great effort to make sure I saw all the animals, and thanks to him, I had an unforgettable experience. We did a Masai Mara safari with JungleRoam as a family of five, and it ended up being one of the best parts of our Kenya trip. We were travelling with young kids, so we didn't want a long 5-6 day safari. The team was very helpful and worked around what we wanted, putting together a 2-night, 3-day trip that included Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha. It suited our family perfectly. A special thanks to our guide, Solomon. From the moment he picked us up in Nairobi, he made us feel comfortable. He was great with the kids, knew the area really well, and always seemed happy to answer our endless questions. What I appreciated most was how much effort he put into helping us spot wildlife. We saw lions, cheetahs, and a leopard, and were even lucky enough to witness a hunt. Those moments, and the photos we got, are something we'll remember for a long time. The accommodation arranged by JungleRoam was also very good and worked well for our family. Everything was well organised without feeling rushed. All in all, a fantastic experience. Thanks to Solomon and the JungleRoam team for giving us memories we'll be talking about for years.

We had a very good safari experience overall, especially thanks to our guide John, who was truly excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we saw an incredible amount of wildlife. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the safari, and this part of the trip definitely lived up to our expectations. Unfortunately, our experience with the company regarding the accommodation was very disappointing. We stayed at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, and it did not meet the expectations that had been set beforehand. Prior to our trip, we were sent a link showing a nice hotel room, which we understood to be the room we had booked and paid for. However, upon arrival, we were given a very poor and unclean room that did not resemble what had been presented to us. The room was damp, with water running down the walls, and there was no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the food at the hotel was extremely poor, which only added to the overall negative experience. We felt that we could not sleep in the room we were initially given, and therefore we had no choice but to pay extra to upgrade to another room — essentially the standard we had originally been promised and believed we had already paid for. We do not find this acceptable and feel it reflects poorly on the company’s communication and transparency. In summary, while the safari itself and our guide were excellent, the handling of the accommodation was very disappointing and not up to standard.

I had a 3-day safari in the Masai Mara national reserve with JungleRoam Safaris and the conclusion is that they are good and reliable for what they do. They did everything exactly as it says in the offer, they answer all questions quickly and are very committed to making sure that we are ultimately satisfied because a good opinion means a lot to them. Their offer is very good if we take into account everything that is included in the total price. The driver and guide was David Mukami and I can recommend him because he did a good job.

His ability to spot animals and share interesting insights made the experience even more enjoyable. The camp itself offered great value for the price. Overall, this safari was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for adventure, nature, and unforgettable memories.

We had an unforgettable 3-day Maasai Mara safari with Kush! He is professional, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable, his passion for the wild truly shows. Every route was carefully planned, and we saw all the animals we hoped for and so much more. The hotels were breathtaking, extremely comfortable, and the food was delicious. Visiting multiple parks added variety and made the experience even richer. Kush went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
