Our flight, due to arrive in Manaus at 2:30 am was an hour late and when we walked to the pick-up point he was there, sign in hand and with a big smile. Very helpful and friendly. We booked for our return to airport.

Easy to reserve pick up from Manaus airport in Viator app. Driver was at terminal with my name boldly displayed on iPad. Very polite and friendly. He offered to take my suitcase while my husband pushed the trolley with other luggage. A short walk out of airport to a comfortable air conditioned car. Driver said it would take 25 mins to hotel…. More like 15-20 mins. Driver unloaded luggage and placed on luggage trolley inside hotel.
