Driver was very friendly. Waiting for us at arrivals in the airport and took us just over the road to his minivan which was very clean and air conditioned.

Communication was excellent ( via what’s app—they contact you ) and the driver who picked us up had a sign and was very professional. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get to our hotel in Seoul and it was well worth it . The van that picked us up was very clean, spacious. Highly recommend . Save yourself the stress of taking public transportation especially when you have many luggage’s in tow .

Our driver, Ali, was waiting with our name on a sign when we exited Immigration and Baggage. So helpful and kind with luggage and information. We liked the service so much that we booked them to take us from the hotel to cruise port. Joe was our driver and helped us plan a few stops on the way to port. Excellent and prompt communication.
