The experience was pretty good given the price that's offered compared to many other providers. Despite we had to wait a little longer for the pick-up due to the bad traffic in the city, at the end we still had a good experience at the end. However, the communication for the pick-up could be improved in my opinion, understood that it's a group tour and might be delayed, but the service provider could tell how long more and roughly what time, instead of just saying "When the driver arrives, I will tell you".

The main issue with this tour was the pickup. The driver was extremely late, and unfortunately, contacting the operations team did not really help. Whenever we asked about the delay or what time the pickup would actually happen, we were simply told to wait because we had booked a group tour. This was quite frustrating, especially when there was no clear update about the expected pickup time. That said, the person we met once we arrived — who seemed to be responsible for looking after us during the tour — was very kind and did his best to make up for the terrible delay. I really appreciated his effort and attitude despite the situation. As for the cruise itself, it was a nice experience. The belly dance and Tanoura performances were really enjoyable, and the food was surprisingly good as well. Overall, the cruise and entertainment were enjoyable, but the pickup and communication from the operations team definitely need improvement.

Interesting and fantastic night on the Nile, I'll recommend that the meal should be more intercontinental.

I would like to highlight the guide who accompanied us, very attentive, polite, and kind. I don't know his name, but we are a family of 8 people from Spain who had dinner there on 9/4. The show was very nice and the chicken was very good.

The experience was incredible, especially with the company Emo Tours and the guide Moustafa Khairat, a super pleasant and attentive person, very kind and careful. Excellent tour, recommended

Our pick up and drop off was very smooth. Overall the experience wasn’t that bad. Our guide was very nice and kind, she was young and had good energy. The food on the boat was the worse we had in Egypt so far. Did not enjoy that. Entertainment was fun but the crowd was very boring and straight faced, which made the experience miserable unfortunately. I felt sorry for the performers. The belly dancer was fantastic.

It was a nice evening, it is really worth it; the evening was accompanied by a belly dancer and a male dancer, both not bad at all. Finally, as for dinner, we ate quite well.
