2-timers guidet tur i Dharavi

Beskrivelse

Very eye-opening. Adil was a fantastic guide.
An eye‑opening and deeply human experience. The heat, humidity and conditions were intense, but what stays with you is the community’s resilience and energy. Our young guide Adel was exceptional. Warm, insightful, and proud of his community, bringing every street and story to life. An unforgettable, respectful glimpse into real Mumbai.
We had an absolutely amazing time with Adil! He grew up in Dharavi and knows the place inside out, thus is able to answer all the questions. It’s super fascinating how Dharavi functions, the industrial as well as residential area. Highly recommend this tour and special thanks to Adil!
I had a very good experience walking through the "slum" area with my guide Amaan was very good at explaining that it's actually more of a community and like a village, also surprising for me was the amount of work produced in the "Slum" and they produced some very nice products, and recycled materials that looks like junk/mess is actually used.Over all a real eye opener. Also Amaan showed me the factories/shops and explained about the animals there to, all in all a worth trip to do.
As a family of five with three children, we would highly recommend this tour. Mr Raj was very insightful as he brought us through the area, showed us that Dharavi is crucial for industry, recycling, production of leather goods and clothes. We learned that Dharavi is a city inside a city, with all of its infrastructure, hard-working men and women, dedicated to education and prosperity of all people living there.
Adel was our 20 year old guide who knew every alley and could answer every question (in perfect English) because of his upbringing from Dharavi. An amazing experience we would definitely recommend!
I made the tour with the young and local guide from Dharavi Adil, he was very well knower of the reality of the people here, I feeled really safe all the moment with him. Perfect english speaker
An intriguing insight into life in the Slums. The young men who showed us life in Dharavi were passionate about the life they have. It was a safe and surprisingly safe environment.
I enjoyed a very informative and eye opening walk around Dharavi. Abeel is an excellent guide. Super friendly, knowledgeable and proud of the hard working, entrepreneurial folks he has grown up around in Dharavi. Highly recommended.
Really interesting tour of Dharavi and very week taken care of by Adil. Felt at ease at all times and was given a real insight into Dharavi as a whole. Highly recommend
