Such a fun and engaging tour! The E-bikes were a blast to ride and we saw so much of the city I’d never seen before. Clark was a phenomenal tour guide and I highly recommend to anyone looking to see the city from a whole new perspective.

I wanted to love this experience, but a few execution flaws made that difficult. The operator does not size your bike. They also didn't adjust seats or handlebars, just started us off and within a block we stopped to do those things because riding is difficult if you don't. Additionally, we had 3 women and 1 man but only 2 women's bikes. I volunteered to take the extra male bike as I have ridden ebikes before where the other two women had not. Big mistake. Even with the seat all the way down it was too tall for me. I could only touch my tiptoes down when stopping, and because these bikes are HEAVY (imma guess 25lbs or more), this led to the bike falling over on me at multiple stops. My legs are literally black and blue. Speaking of stopping, given the poorly sized bike, it helps to know when the group is stopping so I could maneuver the bike carefully. Our guide was very unclear on his directions which caused the worst of my falls. Overall would not recommend even though I love biking and the tour stops. My photos bely my experience. It's just dangerous to operate in the way they are for the ebike tour. It should be a couple of simple fixes though to get it right.

Comfort, confidence, and proper bike fit are extremely important on our tours, and your comments regarding sizing, seat adjustments, and communication during stops are being taken seriously and reviewed internally with our team. In fact, several of the concerns you raised became part of our guide training discussions this morning as we continue refining our e-bike tour setup and communication procedures. We do offer multiple bike styles to better accommodate riders, and your feedback provided valuable operational perspective on ways we can improve the pre-tour fitting and setup experience for guests moving forward. While many guests enjoy our e-bike experiences, we understand that your experience fell short in several areas, and we appreciate the constructive nature of your review and the opportunity to improve our processes. I’m glad you still enjoyed seeing parts of the city and some of the tour stops, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.

Mike was our tour guide and he was awesom! It was our first time in Chicago and he took us to the best places with awesome views. He had a wealth of knowledge on the local history too!!! Thanks for a great ride Mike
My teen and I did the 3 hour e-bike tour with Mike and had so much fun! We were the only ones on the tour that day. We went all the way up to Lincoln Park and down south past the museums. Mike was a great guide, taught us some interesting history, pointed out the architectural sights and made sure we stayed safe. Definitely recommend!
