I gave it 2 stars juat because Há Long Bay is beautiful. However, the tour operator was not great. For starter, the guides were not very nice. One of them asked us on the bus if anyone was cold and we said the infants were - he said he was not going to change the temperature because he was hot. Result: kids got sick with that strong AC and lack of empathy of the guide. Next, we were already late for the tour and they stopped for over an hour in a pearl store, just so that they could receive some comission. During the tour, we also stopped with the boat in another pearl farm so they could try to sell once again. On the last day, they made us wake up at 6AM and have lunch at 10AM because of their schedule - when we got to the port, we waited for over an hour for the bus because the bus was on the pearl store with the other people!! In the end, I'd recommend a Ha Long Bay tour, but would choose another company

Our family booked a cruise tour to visit Ha Long Bay with Vietnam Vacations Travel. The visit to the Bay brought us wonderful experiences. Thank you Vietnam Vacations Travel and their crew for guiding us on this 3 day Halong Bay trip. Everything was perfectly and professionally managed during the arrangements. We had a buffet on the cruise with many vegetarian options. The cabins were comfortable and well equipped. Our group was well looked after and really enjoyed the beautiful Halong Bay.
The whole experience of cruise was amazing as we were given full attention during meals and the room was also very nice. There were good options for vegetarians also.
It was a great trip. We had a 2 day 1 night cruise in ha long bay which was fantastic. The guide did a great job from the beginning. The itinerary was neat and clean with great food and activities (kayaking and swimming). The guide and staff were special in taking note of food/dietary preferences and kept them in mind throughout the tour. The service and overall experience was a complement to the scenic beauty of the place.
One of the highlights of our holiday in Vietnam was our 2 day 1 night cruise in Ha Long Bay. With so many options to choose from, we chose Vietnam Vacations Travel as they came highly recommended. We were looked after wonderfully by the service team. The cruise was luxurious and the food was always plentiful. Ha Long Bay was a unique and unforgettable experience.
We did the 2D/1N tour through Ha Long Bay. Great tour guide, very knowledgeable. Great food. Rooms were clean and well stocked. A room with a balcony, sitting outside with a beautiful view was a once in a lifetime experience.
We booked a 2 days and 1 night trip on Ha Long Bay. Upon entering the travel agency, we were greeted warmly and with friendly smiles by a nearby Vietnamese person who spoke excellent English. The transport was extremely comfortable, the boat was really cool and Ha Long Bay was breathtaking. It was a great trip!
We booked a private boat for 6 people for 2 days 1 night to visit Ha Long Bay with Vietnam Vacations Travel and to our surprise we had a beautiful big boat to ourselves. The whole experience from the boat itself, our wonderful tour guide, the service, the cave tour and the bamboo boat was worth it.
