Afhentningssteder og tider
Vores afhentning er mellem 3:00 og 3:30 om morgenen fra jeres hoteller, så kl. 3:30 om morgenen starter vi og i turistbussen går mod begyndelsen af trekkingen, undervejs vil vi lave følgende stop: i Chivay for at spise morgenmad og i kondorens kryds for at kunne værdsætte kondorens flyvning og dybden af canyonen. I begyndelsen af vandringen ankommer vi cirka kl. 9:00 om morgenen, derfra begynder vi at gå ned til byen San Juan, her spiser vi frokost og fortsætter til oasen Sangalle, i oasen Sangalle vil du være i stand til at nyde din pool, vi spiser middag og overnatter og den anden dag kl. 5:00 om morgenen begynder vi den 3-timers opstigning til Cabanaconde, i Cabanaconde har vi vores morgenmad, og derefter vende tilbage med turistbussen til Arequipa, undervejs stopper vi i forskellige udsigtspunkter og turistattraktioner, vi ankommer til Arequipa cirka kl. 5:00 om eftermiddagen.

Physically not to be underestimated but definitely worth the effort
Visually very impressive, the second day is not to be underestimated in terms of the ascent. In itself a great tour, the guide, Elvis, was super, could tell a lot of interesting things, adapted well to our pace, and made the tour great.

Awesome trek through the Colca Canyon
The Tour was awesome, we were very lucky seeing a lot of condors!!! The Hiking was a little exhausting but worth it for the view of the Colca Canyon. Especially our Tour Guide Elvis made the trip even better. He could tell us almost everything about the surrounding and the culture there. Besides that he also was very pleasant to talk with and just made the nice hike to an existing trip. The hot springs were very nice too, the only thing I didn't enjoy completely was the lunch at the second day.

Strenuous tour, but definitely rewarding. 10/10
We were out with Elvis. Everything worked out great: from the pickup at the hotel and the food to the actual tour. You shouldn't underestimate the trail, as you only descend on the first day and only ascend on the second. Nevertheless, the canyon rewards you with a breathtaking view, and Elvis gives you interesting information at various stops. All in all, we and our sore muscles like to look back on this tour.

Incredible! A must-do!
The landscapes are magnificent, we had time to really enjoy ourselves. Carlos our guide was great. He was patient, attentive, and explained many details about the region to us (its inhabitants, the plants...) The stop for sleeping is a true paradise! To finish on the way back, we make many stops and take the time to admire the landscapes. As a bonus, there are not too many tourists, which is very pleasant. I have nothing to complain about except that I highly recommend it!

Hard trek - amazing views
It's a hard trek, but the views are amazing. Franko was such a good guide for the tour with humor and great knowledge of the area.
