Review: 2-Day Unlimited Private Trip to Suzhou and Hangzhou by Bullet Train from Shanghai My family and I had an absolutely enjoyable time on our 2-day tour. The tour manager, Alana from Amazing Shanghai Trip uses What App to communicate with us and responded to our enquiry even after office hours. She was exceptionally organized. She met us at our hotel, accompanied us to the Shanghai train station, and traveled with us to Suzhou, where she personally introduced us to our guide, Cindy. In Suzhou, Cindy was warm, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the city’s history and culture. We appreciated having the choice of lunch options—either noodles or rice with dishes. She brought us to a local restaurant frequented by residents, where we enjoyed a delicious bowl of noodles in a truly authentic setting. For the Hangzhou tour, we were picked up from our hotel at Shanghai and met our guide, Kimi, at the Hongqiao train station. Kimi stayed with us from Hongqiao high-speed train station all the way to Hangzhou and back. Just like Cindy, Kimi was both knowledgeable and caring, and his excellent English made communication easy and enjoyable. He also brought us to a local restaurant where we could choose the menu ourselves, and his recommendations were spot-on—every dish was delicious. Our drivers were equally professional, patient, and accommodating. All the cars were clean and comfortable, and they drove with care. On our return to Shanghai train stations from Suzhou and Hangzhou, we asked to be dropped off at 1000 Thousand Trees shopping mall and the Bund respectively, and the drivers happily obliged. We truly enjoyed both tours because everything was so well-planned and well-organized. The seamless arrangements meant no wasted time, and we felt completely at ease throughout the trip. This was a memorable and worry-free experience that we would gladly recommend to others.

Our guide Caroline is superb and very helpful! She help us take lots of pics and brought us to a good restaurant for a sumptuous lunch. She took great care of us and ensure that everything is perfect! We are grateful for her excellent service!

Caroline(Hangzhou) and Bella(Suzhou) are both very patient and accommodating to our requests. The food for lunch was fantastic! We were happy to be able to taste the local specialities. Both guides were very informative and friendly. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Xin was our guide in Shanghai. Tracy was our guide in Suzhou. Lin was our guide in Hangzhou. All three were great at what they do, very attentive and knowledgeable of the cities, history and culture. The experience was amazing. We covered a lot in two days. I highly recommend this tour.

we are family with 4 elders, caroline and alana are very helpful with taking care of our parents so much. they even arrange us everything they make our parents very comfortable and rhey know our way to enjoy the city with shopping eating and sightseeing, caroline and alana always ask what we want to do and always want to make us happy with our holiday.

What an absolute treat! Thank you so much to Alana and Queena for being amazing guides. Having spent the week in meetings in Shanghai, I wanted to do something other worldly. Both Alana and Queena brought out the romanticism of both Hangzhou and Suzhou. Thanks to them I learnt so much about the legends and history surrounding both cities. I've come away with incredible memories and a real insight into the philosophy and spirituality of China. Thanks to them, the trip was a dream, all the logistics were taken care of, all I had to do was turn up and enjoy. Thank you both!

Great trip to Hangszhou and Suzhou with efficient, smart and sweet Queena. We chose to spend the night in Hangzhou and it was fine. Wonderful Humble administrator's Garden, there can be a queue in an hour. The train rides with the Bullettrain were a bit tiring, you have to show your passport 3 times and scan everything and be body searched, but we got help with everything, a huge advantage with a Chinese-speaking guide, she speaks really good English. Nice ride on Westlake. All in all, it was a wonderful trip. Choose this tour, best recommendation.

This 2 day trip was jam packed with activities and was the best way to see other places outside of Shanghai. Our guide Daisy Chen was very knowledgeable competent and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of the trip. Value for money.

We took this two-day tour in the surroundings of Shanghai, which I strongly recommend. We could visit a part of China full of beautiful scenery. In Hangzhou we visited the West Lake and the Tea plantation. Both places were amazing. In Suzhou we visited the beautiful water village of Zhouzhuang. We couldn’t stop taking pictures! Since we are a family of six, with young children, it was very convenient to have the bullet train tickets already purchased, and the transfer picking us up at every station. Without this guided tour, this trip would not had been possible. Daisy, our guide, was all the time supportive and took good care of us. She was flexible, and open all the time to our needs and wishes. Thank you so much!!
