Bus shuttle booked by the company is great with WiFi and reclining seats. Really nice. Does stop though and takes a little Longer than a taxi
We originally booked Aspira Cruise and were upgraded to Azura Cruise. The overall experience was pleasant, the cruise was comfortable, there were a decent amount of activities and the staff service was excellent. The shuttle bus transfer service en route was disappointing as the bus was slightly late and we were not briefed on anything. The return was much better, the bus was nicer and the guide more communicative of what to expect. The staff took our feedback on this seriously, overall, I would recommend Azura cruise.
The bus is very comfortable and had a great experience. The ride was also very smooth and safe. The guide Bruce Lee is also really good with good sense of humour and briefed us well about the cruise,
