We completed a 12 day tour with Ovi travel guides from Colombo to Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara eliya,Ella, Mirrissa and Galle and bentota. Nadeeka was a first class driver, he always ensured our safety and was always on hand whenever we needed him, his English was excellent and he also took us to some unusual places . The Luxury Escapes 12 day Best of Sri Lanka tour was ideal for us. With only 15pax in the group and a new 40 seat coach, the tour covered over 1600 kms, notwithstanding the torrential flooding and landslides in the central part of the country which altered the planned route. Our guide, Manoj and assisted by Sangeeth, was exceptional in managing the dynamic of our group as well as the demanding changes to the planned itinerary due to the unfolding natural disaster. The changes implemented by Manoj were in keeping with the standard of the overall tour package. The accommodation was of a 4 Star standard situated mostly in premium locations at beach or lakeside frontages. Meals were mostly western style buffet with local cuisine options available. Our coach driver for the entire duration of the tour, Mahesh, was a very safe and capable driver and who each day presented his coach in a spotless condition. Regrettably, Luxury Escapes caused us considerable unwanted stress and anxiety by advising us that our pre-paid hotel transfer from our Colombo hotel to the airport had "been forfeited" and that we should contact our Travel Agent to make other arrangements and correct the error. After considerable emails back and forth it was determined that LE had made an error in the manifest provided to our guide - the error was not of our doing! No apology or consideration was offered or received from LE administration. We were aware that other guests on our tour were also subjected to unwanted stress and anguish due to LE documentation administration errors .

Our tour guide was exemplary personable, knowledgeable, and always attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout the trip. The entire journey was seamless, and all of the hotels were of excellent standard. We would not hesitate to recommend *Ovi Travels* to anyone looking to explore the beauty of Sri Lanka with peace of mind and comfort.

We had such a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka with Ovi travels . Our guide Champika , was amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to adjust things for us. he really made the trip special, and by the end it felt like saying goodbye to a friend. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country not enough to cover all the areas within 12 days. We saw so much wildlife, beautiful sights and cultural highlights. The hotels were good and the food was incredible. wonderful experience—we’d love to come back one day again.
