Se en ægte Maiko optræde tæt på - en yderst sjælden chance, da kun omkring 40 er tilbage i Kyoto i dag. Showet omfatter to korte danser (ca. 10 minutter i alt), efterfulgt af en Q&A, fotosession og et traditionelt japansk spil. Hun er en lærling geisha, som vi kalder en maiko. - Maiko forestillinger er bevidst kort for at bevare kunsten, så hun vil ikke udføre for hele timen. - Vi tilbyder to forskellige tur muligheder: Tea House: holdt inde i en autentisk Kyo-Machiya. Gion teater: afholdt i et dedikeret showhouse. Tjek venligst billederne før booking. - Vi kan ikke have nogen sen ankomst på grund af manerer til andre gæster og til geisha. Hvis du er forsinket, kan vi desværre ikke give dig en tilbagebetaling.

Beautiful experience and learned so much about the Geiko/Maiko tradition in Kyoto. Good, quick experience and well worth it.

It was a wonderful introduction to the traditional life of a Gekio/Maiko/Tea House. Our guide Ai was wonderful and so was the Tea House manager and Maikosun. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommend

She’s so pretty and awesome, it’s such a great experience. You get to play a game with her and ask her questions, and she does a performance for you. It’s really cool. It’s not that expensive and it’s something you have to do if you’re in the area, it’s a once in a lifetime experience.

What a lovely experience! To be able to see these rare individuals share this ancient craft was beyond any expectation. It is a small, intimate experience. The Q&A is a really great way to learn so much more about these very very special ladies. Well worth the time and attention.
This experience was exceptional. I have been in Tokyo and Osaka for a few days prior to Kyoto and this was by far my most memorable experience thus far. Highly recommended!
