In addition to the fee from the organizer for the jet ski, there is a fee for the water of $100 per person. This is not mentioned in the description. I immediately responded to the organizer's email reminding me of the fee and wanted to cancel, but unfortunately, this was not possible... The organizer showed no interest in accommodating even a little and at least refunding part of it, and was not really helpful or friendly either. A shame about the money, but at least I learned that one should always read everything twice or thrice.

We also send a reminder email prior to the tour to ensure our guests are aware of this required fee. Unfortunately, as outlined in our cancellation policy, bookings cannot be canceled or refunded once they fall within the non-refundable period. While we understand your frustration, we must apply the same policy consistently to all guests.
