Mr Merry is a great driver who speaks good English and is flexible in accommodating our itinerary and requests. He’s sporty, spontaneous and fun to travel with. We even invited him to join us for a jeep ride around Mount Batur\. We had a wonderful time with him.

Even though I planned ahead of time the schedule of places to go and times for each stop with the tour operator, on the day of the tour the driver was unaware of the itinerary and there was an issue with when he was told he was done for the day, which was an hour before the pre-determined itinerary. Luckily the driver was excellent and continued driving us for the last hour, but it was a bit stressful for both us and the driver. Normally Viator is pretty good though, so I still recommend for tours.
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re glad to hear that you were satisfied with the driver and enjoyed your time in Bali. We would, however, like to clarify that the itinerary and requested schedule are normally shared with our driver in advance, so the situation described does not reflect our usual booking procedure. We sincerely regret any communication issue that may have occurred on the day. We appreciate your understanding and will continue improving our coordination to ensure a smooth experience for every guest.
