AMAZING time! The heavens gate hike was the highlight of my China trip. Probably one of the best experiences I have had travelling, the 999 steps seems hard, especially looking at it from the bottom but is totally doable! My tour guide Cara was amazing, would highly recommend this tour to anyone, the rest of the experience on the top of the mountain was really cool, and the visit to Furong town was also awesome. I booked this tour for my birthday and Cara helped to make my day really special and memorable.

I booked a tour in Zhangjiajie, and I’m glad I did. There are lots of great places to visit in a very large area. Our tour guide, Amy, effortlessly took us through all the places we knew we wanted to go, and added many more stops that enhanced the visit. Lillian and Driver Mr. Zhang were not only on time but early with cold waters available. The van was super comfortable and clean. Lillian guided us nicely and we were grateful for her English so we could better follow the instructions on where to go and learn about Tianmen Mountain. Lillian was patient when I needed to pause for rest and happily took our photos. For this tour we saw Heaven’s Gate and Furong Ancient Town. I definitely recommend. Where comfortable shoes, bring an electric portable fan, and a battery pack because you’ll take a 1000 photos!!! Enjoy!

Absolutely brilliant tour! Mt Tianmen and the Furong night illumination were stunning, but what really made the experience was our guide, Yang. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about her job. Her calm and accommodating nature made the day effortless and enjoyable, and her insights brought every stop to life. Highly recommend booking this tour—especially with Yang. An unforgettable experience!

We did 3 days trip with wonderfull local guide who know to speak well english her name is Vicky Liu lots of knowlage with local traditional, very nice and good energy we recomand her the best in Zhangjiaje

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our guide, Zoe, during our visits to Tianmen Mountain and Furong Town. From the very beginning, both Zoe and the driver were incredibly punctual and professional, which gave us great peace of mind. ​What truly made our trip special was Zoe’s genuine care. We were traveling with our 6-year-old son, and she was tireless with him, always making sure he was comfortable and even surprising us all with sweet treats as a gift—a very kind gesture that we won't forget! ​The logistics were flawless: we didn't have to wait in any lines, which is a huge plus for such popular attractions. Even when it started raining and visibility on the mountain was low, Zoe remained encouraging and patient until the weather cleared up. It was definitely worth the wait! ​To top it off, we asked for a local recommendation for lunch, and she took us to a wonderful restaurant with authentic and delicious food. If you are looking for a professional, punctual, and deeply caring guide in China, we highly recommend Zoe. She is simply the best!

This was a great tour. Amy, our guide, was absolutely lovely. It was a private tour with just my husband and I, but it felt like I was on a tour with my bestie and my husband tagged along. Amy is Very knowledgeable and super accommodating. She’s very warm and friendly and truly made the trip. It was a long day and we have to also shout out to the driver who did an incredible job of safely driving us around. The show at the end of the day in Furong was such good fun! Would recommend.
