The tours were very useful in terms of historical knowledge of the independence of Mexico, the dishes are delicious and the attention provided by Mexitours was spectacular! 100% recommended.

What a bad agency. Some guides and drivers are saved, but in general, if you decide to hire them prepare to suffer because this agency is characterized by misleading advertising and punctuality. Some points from my experience with them: - Misleading Advertising - I booked the Viceroyal Cities tour with them, very complete and the cities visited are wow. Aron, the guide and driver, knows a lot about the history and traditions of all the places visited, and is also always available to give that extra mile that the tourist needs. However, the experience was disastrous thanks to the terrible logistics of the Mexitours agency. Hotels that are supposed to be 4 stars do not arrive at an inn. One of the hotels where I was housed smelled of pipe and not even the closed flush properly.When I complained about it, the answer was to send a basket of fruit two cities later. They never arrived on time. They're always 20 to 30 minutes late. When I booked to the airport they were an hour late. When I contacted them, they said it was the driver's fault, but it was that I was scheduled to pick up two hours later than agreed. Be careful to fall in with Eduardo, a guide who looks like the dog charmer. He seems attentive and friendly but mistreats his tourists, does not even answer their questions. The tour he gives sums up in taking passengers to craft fairs, probably under commission, and counting his tourists as an SS guard in a concentration camp Silvia, the person in charge of the itineraries seems friendly and diligent but never believe what he says or they could miss the flight or itinerary It's a very big agency but equally disastrous. Mexico is a magical country. Do not lose your magic for booking with this dubious agency.
Estimado Darp, Nos apena mucho que no haya disfrutado su experiencia con nosotros, pues es nuestro principal objetivo. Le comento que tan pronto nos mencionó su molestia (dos días antes de terminar la ruta), de inmediato se hicieron las gestiones necesarias para conseguir que su estancia fuese más agradable, es por ello, que el hotel de México decidió ofrecerle una amenidad. Sin duda, nos sorprendió sus comentarios de los hoteles, ya que todos son catalogados como 4 estrellas por la Secretaria de Turismo de México, incluso algunos son de reciente remodelación y por ello en el momento le pedimos mayor información para revisarlo con los mismos, a lo cual recibimos una respuesta general y más que nada refiriéndose al hotel de Guanajuato. Enviaremos correo privado en su atención. Nos encantaría que en su próxima visita a México nos dé la oportunidad de brindarle nuevamente nuestros servicios y cambiar la opinión que se llevó en este viaje. Saludos cordiales..
We had a great tour, an incredibly wonderful tour guide, wonderful hotels and meals, and an absolutely "tight" tour with everyone on the bus when it was time to leave. Ciudad de Mexico was, as I said above, wonderful!!!! We saw many beautiful cathedrals, the center of the city, and we felt totally safe......safe enough to walk around the center at 11pm one night. Would I go again??? YES.....in a heartbeat, as the saying goes. And....my wife and I will return to Mexico City, most likely with this calendar year.

I took several Tours with them and it was all excellent! Very good guides, excellent units, learned a lot from and had an amazing time! Highly recommended
